To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for all guests, please review and agree to the following rules: **GENERAL RULES** • Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $150 per stay applies. • Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation (dogs only, unless otherwise approved). • Approval Required: All pets must be declared at the time of booking. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or immediate cancellation of the stay. **SUPERVISION & CONTAINMENT** • No Unattended Pets: Pets may not be left alone in the property unless secured in a crate. • Crating: Guests are responsible for providing their own crate unless one is supplied by the property. • Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in removal of the pet from the property. **CLEANLINESS & CARE** • Furniture & Bedding: Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Protective covers may be provided. • Accidents: Guests must promptly clean up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. • Odors & Damage: Evidence of urine, strong odors, excessive hair, or damage will result in additional cleaning and/or repair fees. **OUTDOOR RULES** • Leash: Pets must remain on a leash when outside. • Waste: Guests are required to pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. **LIABILITY** • Guests assume full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their pets. • The property owner is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident involving pets during the stay. **AGREEMENT** By booking this property, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by this Pet Policy. Violation of these rules may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation without refund.
